Amazing article Gaurav ....I feel so refreshed reading it. I agree that you must look at positive and negative feedback from the same prism with the balanced viewpoint. The most difficult part is getting over the negative feedback....an area of immense internal struggle and conflicts. Looking forward to more articles from you.
